Co-Founder & Chief Scientific Officer (CSO)

🚀 We’re looking for a Co-Founder to join our GreenTech / Circular Economy startup! We’re building a circular economy venture focused on transforming waste into valuable resources, from developing smart machines to extracting and valorizing high-value components from waste.  Where we stand today: ✅ Proofs of concept developed ✅ Pre-label obtained ✅ Recognized through several entrepreneurship & innovation programs ✅ Grants secured to acquire R&D and production equipment  ✅ Legally incorporated Now, we’re looking for a Co-Founder : a Chemist or Biologist 🧪🌱 We’re looking for someone who: * Has a strong interest in R&D, formulations, and experimentation * Is comfortable turning ideas into real, tested solutions * Is willing to go beyond the lab and get involved in operations  * Enjoys innovating, testing, failing, improving, and pushing things forward * Is comfortable communicating with partners and stakeholders (or wants to learn) * Has an entrepreneurial mindset and is ready to build, not just advise!!! You would take the lead on our R&D activities, particularly formulation, laboratory experimentation, validation, acquisition of equipment and the development of our waste-valorization solutions. This is not a conventional opportunity.
