Content Creator / Video Editor – Osmoz Agency (Tunisia, On-site, Full-time) About Osmoz Agency Osmoz Agency is a digital marketing agency in Tunisia. We create social media content, video campaigns and brand identities for ambitious brands, and we’re looking for a creative who can bring ideas to life on screen. The role You’ll plan, shoot and edit engaging content for our clients’ social media channels, including reels, short-form videos, ads and motion pieces. You’ll work closely with our designers, community managers and account team to turn briefs into scroll-stopping content. Responsibilities - Conceive and produce short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and ad creatives - Edit videos from raw footage: cutting, rhythm, color correction, sound design, subtitles - Create motion graphics and animated elements to enhance brand content - Shoot photo and video content when needed (products, behind the scenes, UGC-style) - Follow trends and propose fresh content ideas and formats - Respect brand guidelines and deliver on time across multiple projects Qualifications - Proven experience in video editing and content creation (portfolio required) - Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; CapCut is a plus - Good understanding of social media formats and platform trends - Creative eye for storytelling, composition and visual consistency - Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage deadlines - Fluent in Arabic and French; English is a plus Nice to have - Experience with AI video and image tools - Basic photography or Photoshop/Illustrator skills What we offer - A creative, collaborative agency environment - A variety of projects across different industries - Room to grow and shape your own style How to apply 📩 Send your application to hello@osmozagency.com 📁 Portfolio required.
