About The Role Client-facing products and AI-enabled services don't stop at being built. Someone has to implement them with the client, run them reliably, fix what breaks and keep improving them. That's this role. You'll be given an outcome – a major sports client's product roadmap, a new client-facing product, an AI-enabled service that has to run every day – and you'll own it end to end: plan, people, delivery, operation, improvement. You'll work across clients, Product, Engineering, Design and Support, and you'll direct a small number of more junior team members. You're not writing the core product code. You are expected to understand the product and its environment well enough to investigate problems yourself, make sound delivery decisions and explain trade-offs to a client without hiding behind internal complexity. This is a hands-on role. You'll personally drive the important work, not just track it.
