ERP Functional Consultant

ERP Functional Consultant | Remote No previous GTMS experience required! Are you a Functional Consultant with hands-on ERP implementation experience, looking to develop your skills and work with international customers? At Vistex, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting customer projects, helping businesses optimize their processes through our cloud-based Go-to-Market Suite® (GTMS). You don't need experience with Vistex GTMS to join us! We're open to candidates with experience in any ERP system. What matters most is your understanding of business processes, hands-on functional implementation experience and willingness to learn. You’ll also: • Participate in customer workshops, requirements gathering and solution design. • Configure and implement solutions aligned with customer needs. • Work directly with international customers throughout the project lifecycle. • Contribute ideas and feedback to the continued development of the GTMS product. • Develop strong expertise in Vistex GTMS - full product knowledge from day one isn’t expected, a willingness to learn is key. • Bring knowledge of SAP business processes where applicable - SAP experience is helpful, but not required. • It’s a highly customer-facing, hands-on role with plenty of autonomy and the opportunity to deliver solutions for international clients. Responsibilities: • Provide remote consulting services to customers implementing Vistex products and solutions • Get a clear understanding of Vistex software functionality and map customer business requirements to the Vistex solution • Work with the technical team to design and build interfaces with host system • Work with the offshore team lead and allocate tasks effectively • Identify product and customer-specific project issues and work with product development to resolve them • Prepare meaningful system demos during the course of the project for the customer • Perform quality assurance on the system built for the customer • Prepare and provide documentation to the customer for system support • Play a role in set up pre-configuring system based on best practices and industries • Learn and gain expertise on new and current Vistex products and solution offerings. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. • 4+ years of hands-on functional consulting experience with any ERP system. • Experience participating in full-cycle ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing and go-live. • Experience translating business requirements into functional solutions. • Good understanding of business processes such as Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Record-to-Report (R2R). • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to changing project requirements. • Comfortable working directly with customers and collaborating with project teams. • Ability to manage priorities and meet project deadlines.
