Position overview: The Engineering Manager leads and oversees all technical and manufacturing engineering activities across production sites to ensure operational excellence, process optimization, and product feasibility. This role provides strategic direction, drives continuous improvement, and ensures alignment between production, technical teams, and leadership to achieve cost, quality, and safety objectives. Additional duties will include (but may not be limited to): - Supervise technical manufacturing activities across production sites. - Assess the technical feasibility of a product or product range. - Ensure the development of technical know‑how, including modernization of processes or production tools, added value, and competitiveness. - Propose improvements and adaptations to one or more production sites in order to optimize cost, quality, and lead times. - Lead and coordinate technical manufacturing, logistics, and production management activities at the production sites, in collaboration with the Production Director or Production Manager. - Hold daily meetings with production managers and engineers, planning teams, and industrial maintenance teams to identify issues and confirm achievement of objectives. - Coordinate actions between production management teams and technical departments. - Evaluate the company’s daily op
