Industrial Engineer

Key Responsibilities - - Ensure the implementation and follow-up of engineering changes. - Ensure proper planning of engineering change introductions and effective coordination among all internal and external stakeholders. - Prepare and monitor engineering change documentation in accordance with defined standards. - Maintain material files and time calculations up to date in SAP through periodic verification and issue a 5 Why analysis in case of discrepancies. - Define the investments required for engineering changes and new models and monitor the associated budget. - Define and update wire and tube lengths for harnesses. - Prepare splice configuration documents. - Ensure effective control of internal technical documentation and maintain the associated information systems under control. - Ensure PFMEA reviews are completed following engineering changes and customer deviations, implementing all required actions. - Monitor pre-series and service (after-sales) harness assembly activities. - Escalate internally and externally any risks or issues related to product design and participate in Design Review (BOD) activities. - Ensure the successful execution of customer and certification audits. - Control and monitor overtime hours of support personnel. - Ensure compliance with all procedures related to the function. - Ensure adherence to quality standards and requirements.
