Industrialization Manager Special Machines

Qualifications: - Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related engineering field. - Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar leadership position within the automotive industry. - Proven experience managing industrialization, manufacturing, or production projects. - Strong leadership and people management skills. - Excellent project management and organizational capabilities. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams. - High level of accountability, initiative, and results orientation. - Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
