Role Description The Ingénieur Méthodes at PROMEPLA is a full-time, on-site role based in Ben Arous. The role focuses on analyzing and optimizing production processes, defining methods, and supporting industrialization activities for existing and new products. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and updating manufacturing instructions, establishing time and cost estimates, and ensuring efficient workflow and resource utilization. The person in this role collaborates closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The Ingénieur Méthodes also contributes to project planning • Strong process engineering skills, including analysis, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. • Mechanical engineering knowledge to understand product design, tooling, and production constraints. • Experience in industrialization, from prototype to series production, including validation of methods and transfer to manufacturing. • Organization skills for planning tasks, managing priorities, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. • Project management abilities to lead or support industrial projects, track milestones, and manage risks. • Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably in regulated or technical sectors. • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, and prepare clear technical documentation. • Proficiency with office and engineering tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, CAD or process mapping software). • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, with a commitment to safety and quality. • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively on-site with multidisciplinary teams. • Working proficiency in French; English language skills are an advantage.
