Role Description The Interior Designer will work full time on-site in Bou Mhel, collaborating with clients and project stakeholders to develop design concepts and detailed plans for interior spaces. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site visits and measurements, preparing floor plans and layouts, selecting furniture, finishes, and equipment, and producing construction drawings and documentation. The role involves coordinating with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure designs are executed accurately, on time, and within budget. The Interior Designer will also prepare mood boards, 3D visualizations or sketches, and presentations to communicate design ideas clearly, while overseeing design implementation and making adjustments as needed throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications - Demonstrated skills in Interior Design and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), including concept development and selection of finishes and materials. - Proficiency in Space Planning to create efficient, safe, and aesthetically balanced layouts. - Knowledge of Architecture and building standards to integrate interior solutions with overall structural and design requirements. - Ability to produce accurate Construction Drawings and technical documentation for contractors and project partners. - Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field. - Experie
