International Admission Advisor - Tunisia Students

Up Level – School of Management is an Italian management school with locations in Rome, Milan and Naples. As part of our international growth strategy, we are looking for an International Admissions Advisor – Tunisia Market to support the development of our student recruitment activities in Tunisia. We are looking for someone with experience in international education, student recruitment, study abroad consulting or admissions, combined with a strong understanding of the Tunisian student market. Responsibilities • Manage prospective students from initial inquiry through enrollment • Conduct phone and video consultations with students interested in studying in Italy • Understand candidates’ educational backgrounds and career goals and recommend the most suitable programs • Proactively follow up with prospective students and manage the admissions pipeline • Convert qualified leads into enrolled students and work toward enrollment targets • Manage leads and activities through CRM systems • Explain admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships and payment options • Support students throughout the admission process and coordinate the required documentation with our team in Italy • Provide guidance throughout the international student journey and general study visa application process • Develop relationships with schools, universities, educational consultants and potential recruitment partners in Tunisia • Identify new student recruitment opportunities within the Tunisian market Qualifications • Previous experience in International Admissions, Study Abroad Counseling, Student Recruitment, Education Consulting or B2C Education Sales • Strong knowledge of the Tunisian student market • Proven ability to manage prospective students and convert leads into enrollments • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills • Comfortable working with enrollment targets and performance KPIs • Experience with CRM systems and structured sales pipeli
