Role Description The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of production equipment and facility systems through routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repair activities. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing corrective and preventive maintenance, monitoring equipment performance, and documenting maintenance interventions and spare parts usage. The role also involves collaborating with production teams to minimize downtime, implementing maintenance plans, and supporting safety and compliance standards on-site. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ksar Hellal, requiring regular mobility, presence on the shop floor in multi sites, and close interaction with technical and operational staff. Qualifications • Demonstrated skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. • Proficiency in Maintenance Engineering, including planning and implementing maintenance strategies and optimizing equipment reliability. • Experience with Preventive Maintenance, including scheduling, executing, and documenting planned maintenance activities. • Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Industrial, or Maintenance Engineering. • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, equipment manuals, and engineering drawings. • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to work safely in an industrial environment. • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site and remotely.
