Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Develop and implement New Product through creation of work instructions, procedures, process documents and required study. - Provide manufacturing documentation required for product manufacturing through creation of work instructions, procedures, and process documents. - Responsible of the completion the APQP phases and required documents: Feasibility assessment Package preparation Iterations Production preparation plan Production readiness review Production process run - Perform validation for new/existing processes to meet customer requirements. - Investigate process related issues and provide solutions. - Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods. - Assist in shop floor personnel training as applicable on Iterations steps and production process run step. - Implementation of new product/Manufacturing packages on ERP system. - Perform product disposition during the non-conforming product meeting. - Actively participates and initiate continuous improvement/cost saving as well as Kaizen workshops/EHS activities - Technical support for equipment’s validation/qualification.
