This freelance, on-call role requires a highly skilled professional who can diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, network, and infrastructure-related incidents efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Nutanix and networking technologies, hold a valid CCNA certification, and demonstrate excellent communication skills with fluent English proficiency. Key Responsibilities - Provide onsite and remote Break & Fix support for networking and infrastructure-related incidents. - Deploy, configure, and manage Nutanix HCI environments (AOS, AHV, Prism). - Perform system upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management activities. - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, virtualization, and network issues. - Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems involving TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and related technologies. - Implement and support backup and disaster recovery solutions. - Respond to critical incidents and service requests within agreed response times. - Collaborate with global and regional teams on infrastructure and cloud-related projects. - Maintain accurate technical documentation, incident reports, and service records. - Ensure professional interaction with end users, stakeholders, and customers at all times.
