Operations Manager

Qualifications Education and Experience: • Master’s degree (Bac + 5) in Engineering. • At least 8 years of experience in operational project management, ideally in an industrial setting. • Supplemented by 5 years of experience in oversight, including performance evaluation, supervision, and management of others’ activities. Professional Skills and Abilities: • Knowledge and practical experience of operational principles, including, but not limited to, expertise in project management, • Strong multicultural and interpersonal skills: good verbal and written communication skills (active listening, communication techniques, good manners, self-control, confidence), • Sense of responsibility; reliable, • Ability to analyze problems and develop innovative solutions to address complex issues, • Ability to drive change initiatives effectively and efficiently, • Fluency in English.
