Operations Manager

Role Description The Vice President Operations at Viaprestige Agency is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities and ensuring efficient delivery of services across the organization. This role includes leading operations teams, optimizing processes, and implementing best practices to support business growth and client satisfaction. The Vice President Operations will manage budgets and performance metrics, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with senior leadership on strategic and operational decisions. This position also involves aligning resources with organizational priorities, overseeing key projects and timelines, and maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence. Qualifications - Strong Operations Management and Project Management skills to lead teams, streamline processes, and oversee complex initiatives. - Proven experience in P&L Management and Strategic Planning to support sustainable growth, budgeting, and long-term organizational goals. - Demonstrated Customer Service expertise, with a focus on client satisfaction, relationship management, and quality assurance. - Excellent leadership and people management abilities, including coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration. - Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with proficiency in using data and KPIs to drive operational improvements. - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment. - Experience in agency, professional services, or related industries is highly beneficial. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
