Plant Quality Manager

We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as Quality Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and leading the plant quality strategy, ensuring compliance with customer, industry, and company standards. You will oversee all quality functions, lead customer and internal escalations, build a strong quality culture, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing site. Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve: - Lead and develop the plant quality organization, including Supplier Quality, Production Quality, Customer Quality, Quality Systems, Audits, COP, and Project Quality teams. - Drive a strong quality culture focused on Zero Defect production and delivery. - Ensure compliance with customer requirements, IATF standards, internal audits, process controls, PPAP activities, and traceability systems. - Manage quality performance through KPIs, corrective actions, problem-solving activities, and continuous improvement programs. - Lead customer escalations, crisis management activities, task forces, and root-cause investigations. - Partner with plant leadership to establish and maintain quality standards and operational excellence. - Support supplier quality development and ensure robust quality processes throughout the supply chain. - Develop talent, build high-performing teams, and coach future quality leaders. If You Have/are - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. - Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience. - At least 5 years of experience within a Quality function. - Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience. - Proven experience in a manufacturing environment facing operational and quality
