Platform Engineer (Full-Stack Generalist)

Job Description Essential Job Functions: - Develop, maintain, and enhance shared platform libraries and reusable components that support multiple applications, services, and AI-enabled solutions. - Design and implement cross-functional features spanning backend services, frontend applications, and AI agent ecosystems to ensure seamless platform integration. - Define and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end validation to ensure platform reliability and quality. - Improve developer productivity by enhancing local development environments, technical documentation, debugging tools, and engineering best practices. - Rapidly prototype and iterate innovative AI agents, user interfaces, forms, and mini-applications using vibecoding frameworks and reusable platform tooling. - Support software release management activities, including version control, environment promotion processes, deployment validation, and production readiness reviews. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents across platform components while contributing to continuous service improvement and operational excellence. - Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality technology solutions.
