PM Officer – Business Intelligence & PMO (H/F)-Tunis

Mission Overview Directly supporting operational and project leadership, the PM Officer will report to the CFO and play a key role in structuring, optimizing, and supporting project execution. You will oversee PMO frameworks, drive operational improvement initiatives, and design executive decision-making tools (Power BI dashboards and cost-tracking models). Key Responsabilities • Project Governance & PMO Framework - Support project managers and cross-functional teams in implementing PMO methodologies, standards, and best practices. - Create and maintain central risk registers, track key project milestones, and ensure aligned project execution. - Monitor overall project portfolio health through core performance metrics (Quality, Cost, Delivery - QCD). • Business Intelligence & Reporting (Power BI & Data) - Design, deploy, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for operational tracking, event cost-tracking, and executive decision-making. - Ensure data hygiene and integrity across internal information systems. - Streamline project key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable analytics for leadership. • Process Optimization & Operational Support - Participate in continuous improvement projects, specifically focusing on workflow mapping. - Rationalize existing management tools and templates across departments to ensure consistency. - Deliver training and onboarding for internal teams on project management tools and BI solutions.
