Product Designer (UI/UX & Brand Identity)

Role Summary We're looking for a Product Designer who can design great interfaces for engineering-focused tools and also shape the visual identity of our products. You'll work directly with our DevOps team to turn complex technical workflows into clear, usable interfaces, and you'll define the brand identity for each of our products. Responsibilities - Design wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes. - Work closely with DevOps engineers to understand their workflows and translate them into intuitive interfaces - Create brand identities for products, including logos, color palettes, typography and usage guidelines - Build and maintain a shared design system and component library so our products feel consistent - Run lightweight user research and gather feedback from internal users - Prepare clean design handoffs and work with developers through implementation - Iterate on designs based on feedback and real usage Required Qualifications A strong portfolio showing both interface design and brand or visual identity work Proficiency in Figma (or similar) and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent - Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture and accessibility - Experience designing complex, data-heavy interfaces such as dashboards, admin panels or monitoring tools - Ability to explain design decisions and work well with technical, non-design colleagues - Comfortable managing multiple projects and working independently Nice to have - Familiarity with HTML/CSS and how designs are implemented in front-end frameworks - Experience building design systems from scratch - Basic motion design or illustration skills
