Every hire will have real ownership and a direct influence on how the product and the company are built. About the Role We are looking for a Product Manager to own the WiseShare product end to end: what we build, why, in which order, and whether it works once shipped. You will run the roadmap, lead market and customer research, drive UX/UI design, and own functional QA and release validation. Reporting to the CTO, you will be the voice of the customer inside the team and the bridge between business goals and engineering delivery. Product Strategy & Roadmap - Own and maintain the product roadmap across web, mobile and the external recipient experience. - Turn business goals (acquisition, conversion, retention, market expansion) into prioritized initiatives with clear success metrics. - Write clear PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria; run backlog grooming and sprint planning with engineering. - Arbitrate scope, trade-offs and priorities with the CTO, and communicate the roadmap to stakeholders and investors.
