Product Owner

At iterise, we build enterprise-grade software solutions for clients across Europe and beyond. Job Summary We’re looking for a Product Owner who wants real ownership and impact. You’ll take end-to-end responsibility for digital products, from our in-house platforms to projects we deliver for clients. You’ll decide what gets built and why, set clear priorities, and work with cross-functional Agile teams to turn ideas into products people use every day. You’ll also help keep our ISO 27001 certification on track, taking ownership of our information security management system (ISMS) and audits. Position: Product Owner Level: 3+ years of experience Language: Good English skills are required Location: Tunis, Tunisia (Hybrid) Type: Full-time Start Date: Immediate Application Deadline: November 4th, 2026   What You’ll Work On - Own the product vision and roadmap for internal products and/or client projects - Own and prioritise the product backlog, balancing new features, improvements and bug fixes based on business value - Lead backlog refinement and take an active part in sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives - Collaborate closely with developers, tech leads and designers from idea to release - Validate delivered features and make sure they meet the agreed acceptance criteria - Work with internal stakeholders and/or clients to understand their needs and translate them into clear user stories with acceptance criteria - Communicate priorities, progress and trade-offs clearly to teams, stakeholders and clients - Write and maintain clear product documentation, including functional specifications, user guides and release notes - Collect user feedback after release to keep improving the product - Support our ISO 27001 information security management system (ISMS): keep our certification on track, prepare for internal and external audits, and keep policies and documentation up to date What We’re Looking For Required - 3+ years of hands-on experience as a
