About the Role The ideal candidate will lead and continuously improve the company's quality management systems, drive process improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with quality standards, and promote a strong quality culture across the organization. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement standardized production, quality, and customer-service procedures and standards. • Identify potential risks, conduct root cause analyses, and implement effective preventive and corrective actions. • Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits, prepare detailed reports, and ensure appropriate follow-up on audit findings. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process performance. • Develop and strengthen the Quality team through coaching, mentoring, targeted training, and performance evaluations. • Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and key stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and address quality concerns. • Qualifications • Engineering Degree or equivalent relevant experience. • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Quality Management. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Experience in quality management systems, auditing, and continuous improvement. • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. • Position Details Location: Z.I.
