About The Team You will join a collaborative and technically advanced team responsible for the deployment, integration, commissioning, and modernization of multi-technology Radio Access Networks (RAN). The team supports customers both remotely and onsite across EMEA markets and plays a key role in introducing new technologies including 5G NSA and SA deployments. Working closely with optimization, IP transport, and core network teams, you will contribute to delivering seamless network rollouts while leveraging automation and modern operational practices to ensure efficient and first-time-right delivery. What You Will Do - Lead end-to-end integration and commissioning activities for RAN technologies including 5G, LTE, WCDMA, and GSM - Perform advanced troubleshooting and fault analysis across multi-vendor and multi-technology network environments - Execute software upgrades, feature implementation, and network modernization activities - Develop and utilize automation scripts using Python or similar scripting languages to improve operational efficiency - Provide end-to-end technical support during deployment, expansion, and integration projects - Collaborate with planning, optimization, transport, and core network teams to ensure successful network rollout - Conduct testing, validation, and acceptance activities for newly integrated network elements - Ensure compliance with network quality, operational, and performance sta
