Description du poste Mission principale : Assurer l’approvisionnement de l’hôtel en biens et services (alimentaires, techniques, équipements) au meilleur rapport qualité/prix, dans le respect des standards hôteliers. Responsabilités : - Sélectionner et négocier avec les fournisseurs - Passer et suivre les commandes - Contrôler la qualité, les délais et les coûts - Gérer les stocks et éviter les ruptures - Respecter les procédures internes et le budget Qualifications Profil requis : - Formation en gestion, achats ou hôtellerie - Expérience en achats hôteliers souhaitée - Bonne capacité de négociation - Maîtrise du français (anglais apprécié) Informations supplémentaires Why Join Radisson Hotel Group?
