Responsable PAIE

Role Description This full-time, on-site Responsable PAIE role at QUANTA HR CONSULTING is based in Tunis and focuses on end-to-end payroll management. The role involves preparing, verifying, and processing monthly payroll, ensuring accurate calculations for salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions in compliance with local regulations. The individual will manage payroll records, handle employee inquiries, coordinate with HR and finance on contracts and benefits, and prepare regular payroll reports for management. Daily responsibilities also include monitoring changes in labor and tax legislation, supporting audits, improving payroll processes, and maintaining strict confidentiality of employee data. Qualifications • Strong expertise in Payroll Administration and Payroll Management, with experience handling complete payroll cycles. • Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and Garnishments, including accurate application of statutory deductions and legal orders. • Experience managing Employee Benefits and related payroll impacts, such as health coverage, allowances, and retirement plans. • Proficiency with payroll software and HRIS tools, and solid skills in Excel or similar spreadsheet applications. • Thorough understanding of local labor laws and tax regulations applicable in Tunisia. • Excellent numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage sensitive information discreetly. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet strict deadlines. • Effective communication skills for collaborating with HR, finance, and employees at all levels. • Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, plus prior experience in a payroll-focused role.
