Senior Accountant Main Duties: ·     Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness. ·     Handle the daily finance work, month-end and year-end closing processes, including account reconciliations and journal entries, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. ·     Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and all relevant regulatory requirements. ·     Perform variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights to management for informed decision-making. ·     Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and other financial data to maintain consistency and accuracy across financial records. ·     Assist with internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and addressing any auditor inquiries. ·     Support budgeting and forecasting efforts by providing detailed financial data and analysis to inform strategic planning. ·     Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard financial data and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.  Key Requirements: ·     A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with 4-6+ years of relevant accounting experience. ·     In-depth knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial reporting standards. · Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience across all areas of accounting, including general accounting, accounts payable and receivable, tax accounting, fixed assets, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. ·   &n
