EY Tunisia has a dedicated Transaction & Corporate Finance-TCF Team operating across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. We are hiring a Senior Consultant to support our Transaction & Corporate Finance (TCF) practices, including Due Diligence, Valuation, Financial Modeling, Economics and Lead Advisory. What We Look For: - Strong academic background (CES Révision Comptable, CFA, master’s degree in finance, Accounting or related fields, etc.) - Outstanding financial analysis, valuation, and modeling skills. - 3-5 years of relevant experience in Financial Audit, Transaction Services, Deal Advisory, Corporate Finance or Private Equity. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a dynamic team environment. - Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken). - Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc); - knowledge of financial databases (Capital IQ, Mergermarket, PitchBook, etc.) is an asset. Your Role: As a Senior Consultant, you will: - Execute and coordinate due diligence, valuation, financial modeling, economics and lead advisory engagements. - Prepare and review reports, financial analyses and presentations for senior stakeholders and clients. - Support our clients in strategic decision-making by providing insights, analysis, and recommendations based on project findings and market trends. - Interact with multidisciplinary teams across EY offices to deliver high-quality solutions to clients. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
