Join us and help drive the transformation of the automotive world Job Description - Conducts maturity assessments of industrialization or de-industrialization projects at plant level - Prepares plants and organizations to take over product volumes or projects from sister plants in line with strategic footprint plans - Ensures production transfer plans are executable and aligned with timelines, milestones, and budget constraints - Develops and implements innovative solutions to improve bottom-line results by enhancing Plant Readiness structures and service capabilities - Partnering with plant leadership to assess plant readiness, identify risks and implement sustainable improvement initiatives - Designs and coordinates global initiatives to implement action plans to ensure the operational performance of the respective plants e.g. line balancing, shopfloor management, Run@Rate studies - Takes charge of operational management in urgent or critical organizational situations (task force mode) - Resolves customer complaints using data-driven analysis and performance metrics to de-escalate issues - Reports regularly on the implementation status, milestones and risks - Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, change management, organizational optimization Qualifications - Education : University Degree - Min 5 years in the automotive industry, ideally within manufacturing transformation, industrialization, production tran
