Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Frontend Lead)

Job Description Essential Job Functions: - Architect, develop, and maintain modern web applications using Next.js 15, leveraging App Router, Server Components, and server-side rendering (SSR) capabilities. - Design and implement real-time user experiences using technologies such as Server-Sent Events (SSE) and WebSocket-based communication. - Build scalable, schema-driven forms and multi-step workflows using modern validation frameworks and reusable UI patterns. - Own application state management, authentication integration, and API communication layers to deliver secure and seamless user experiences. - Design, develop, and integrate extensible mini-application frameworks, including secure sandboxing, dynamic module loading, and application verification mechanisms. - Create, customize, and deploy AI-powered agents using vibecoding UI templates and platform development tooling. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver responsive, high-quality, and innovative digital solutions that meet business objectives. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Typically, 5+ years of professional experience developing modern web applications using TypeScript and React. - Strong expertise in React development, including hooks, context API, component architecture, and server component patterns. - Hands-on experience with Next.js App Router, SSR, API routes, middleware, streaming, and modern frontend application architectures. - Proven experience implementing and maintaining scalable state management solutions, such as Redux Toolkit or equivalent technologies. - Experience building user interfaces with Tailwind CSS and modern component libraries such as Radix UI, shadcn/ui, or similar frameworks. - Solid understanding of real-time communication protocols, including SSE, WebSocket technologies, and event-driven UI development patt
