Senior Full-Stack Engineer (React / TypeScript / Supabase)

About the role You join a dedicated team working for a UK product company that is taking a two-sided SaaS platform from working prototype to production. One side is a desktop portal for business customers, the other is a mobile web app for their end users. Both run on one shared data model in real time. You are employed by Scope Merge in Tunis and work directly inside the client's team, with their tools and their process. What you will do - Build production features across the stack: React and TypeScript on the front end, Postgres and Supabase on the back end - Work from an existing design system, component library and written specification - Extend a tested database schema: migrations, row-level security, access rules - Implement GDPR requirements for sensitive personal data: storage, retention and deletion - Take the product through a private rollout to first customers, then a public launch Must-haves - 5+ years building web products in production - Strong React and TypeScript - Solid PostgreSQL: schema design, migrations, query performance - Hands-on Supabase experience (auth, row-level security, realtime), or deep Postgres experience and the ability to get there fast - A habit of writing tests - Very good English for daily work with a UK team - Based in Tunisia Nice to have - Mobile-first web apps or PWAs - Payment integrations - Experience with GDPR or other regulated data - Early-stage product experience, from prototype to launch What we offer - Permanent contract (CDI) with Scope Merge in Tunis - Long-term, dedicated work on one product with one team - Direct collaboration with the client's founders and engineers
