Senior Systems Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to take ownership of mission-critical IT systems, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability while contributing to the company's long-term technological strategy.  The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a deep understanding of enterprise IT environments, system administration, cloud computing (Microsoft Azure), and network infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing IT operations, protecting critical business assets, implementing cutting-edge solutions, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive efficiency and innovation.  This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise, leadership, and a strong commitment to delivering high-availability, secure, and scalable IT solutions.  Key Responsibilities  IT Infrastructure & Systems Administration  - Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud environments to ensure seamless business operations.  - Perform server administration tasks, including user/group management, security permissions, group policies, and system monitoring.  - Manage and maintain enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data protection and business continuity.  - Implement and maintain security best practices across all IT systems, including firewalls, identity management, endpoint protection, and vulnerability assessments.  - Proactively monitor datacenter health using advanced management tools and respond to hardware or software issues as they arise.  - Optimize virtualization and cloud-based environments (Microsoft Azure) to improve system performance and scalability.  Project Management & Solution Implementation  - Lead IT projects related to cloud migration, infrastructure upgrad
