Site Technical Head

About the job: Ensure the reliability, availability and compliance of all technical infrastructures. - Lead the site's technical teams and drive engineering, utilities, facilities and infrastructure activities to support safe, compliant and efficient operations. Responsibilities - Lead and develop the Site Technical teams - Ensure the reliability, availability and optimal performance of equipments and technical assets - Define and implement preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance strategies - Oversee utilities, energy and industrial fluids, HVAC, buildings, housekeeping and site infrastructure - Manage technical budgets, maintenance costs and investment plans - Lead technical and continuous improvement projects and support the implementation of new installations - Ensure compliance with HSE, GMP and applicable regulatory requirements, while promoting a strong safety culture - Manage technical risks, audits, contractors and technical service providers - Develop technical capabilities and ensure effective succession and skills development within the team - Provide technical expertise and support to other site functions to ensure operational continuity and performance About You : - Engineering degree in Electromechanics, Energy or a related technical discipline - Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance and technical operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical, FMCH, FMCG, or chemical industry - Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing technical projects - Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, automation, hydraulic and utility systems - Good understa
