What You'll Do The position plays a key role within the organization by ensuring equipment reliability, assisting production teams, and contributing to overall quality and safety standards .Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures for all production equipment. Lead, coach, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers across electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical disciplines. Plan and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime. Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, optimize maintenance schedules, and reduce breakdowns. Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and installation of complex machinery and systems. Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and resource allocation efficiently. Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, implementing best practices, and adopting new technologies to enhance equipment reliability, productivity, and safety.
