Team Lead

Purpose of the Role Lead and oversee the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay function across multiple entities, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, timely supplier payments, and achievement of service level agreements. Manage and develop a team of four P2P Supervisors while driving standardization, continuous improvement, and stakeholder satisfaction across all entities. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management - Lead, coach, and develop four P2P Supervisors responsible for different legal entities. - Define objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations for each team. - Ensure appropriate resource allocation and workload balancing across entities. - Conduct regular performance reviews and talent development plans. - Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. P2P Operations Oversight - Ensure efficient execution of the end-to-end P2P process across all entities. - Monitor invoice processing, approval workflows, supplier reconciliations, and payment activities. - Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards. - Review and resolve critical escalations impacting business operations or supplier relationships. - Ensure month-end closing activities are completed accurately and on time. Performance & Service Delivery - Monitor operational KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Drive improvements in: - Invoice cycle time - On-time payment rate - Invoice exception rate - Aged payables - Productivity and efficiency metrics - Ensure consistent service delivery across all entities. Controls, Compliance & Risk Management - Maintain a strong internal control environment. - Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions. - Support internal and external audits. Stakeholder Management - Act as the senior point of contact for Finance, Procurement, Treasury, Plant Controllers, and key suppliers. - Manage stakeholder expectations and address escalated issues. - Dri
