Technical Delivery Manager

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to join our team in Tunis. Your Missions Solution Deployment & Operational Maintenance - Create and update operational procedures. - Set up infrastructure components and virtual machines for customer and internal projects. - Implement data encryption. - Deploy and maintain authentication systems (SSO, LDAP) in accordance with the accreditation matrix. - Set up interfaces. - Manage backup solutions and disaster recovery plans. - Provide the required deliverables to ensure the compliance of customer environments, in accordance with Planisware quality processes. SaaS Operations - Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support. Development - Improve and automate implemented solutions and procedures. Your Profile - Engineering degree / master’s degree in computer science or IT (Bac+5), or equivalent. - knowledge of virtualization and public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Knowledge of Linux and PostgreSQL. - 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. - Fluent French and English. - Strong ability to work as part of a team while being organized and autonomous. - Ability to explain technical work clearly to non-technical stakeholders. - Proactive and able to suggest improvements.
