Job Description ABOUT THE ROLE The Technical Project Manager is responsible for driving projects from concept to delivery, ensuring smooth coordination between business and technical teams, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. This is a full-time position based in Tunis, reporting to the technical Director. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Project Delivery - Manage projects end-to-end, from initial concept to successful delivery - Define and document functional specifications - Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation Coordination & Communication - Act as the main point of contact between business, technical, and operational teams - Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and timelines - Facilitate collaboration, decision-making, and issue resolution Monitoring & Quality Assurance - Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met - Support testing phases (UAT, end-to-end validation) and ensure launch readiness - Monitor issues and follow up using logs, test data, and performance indicators Process Improvement - Identify and implement improvements in tools, workflows, and documentation - Promote best practices in project management and delivery PROFILE - Good understanding of technical envi
