Tooling Engineer

Job Description About the Role As part of the expansion of our tooling team, Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a talented Tooling Engineer to support both New Product Introduction (NPI) and ongoing production activities. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical design skills, a good understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to contribute effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Required Profile - Proven experience in mechanical design - Proficiency in SolidWorks and other CAD/CAE tools - Knowledge of tooling and manufacturing processes - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Main Responsibilities - Design and develop new mechanical products and components - Produce detailed 2D drawings and 3D models in accordance with engineering standards - Collaborate with production, quality, and NPI teams to ensure product feasibility and manufacturability - Participate in the continuous improvement of existing tools, products, and processes - Ensure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and industry best practices
