We’re Hiring: 3D Designer / 3D Artist — Tunisia 🇹🇳

HyoNova is looking for a talented 3D Designer / 3D Artist based in Tunisia to help us build the visual world of our virtual workplace platform. You will work on creating high-quality 3D assets that will become part of the HyoNova world, including: • 3D characters and avatars • Clothing and character accessories • Hairstyles, facial features, and customization assets • Office furniture and decorations • Desks, chairs, meeting tables, and workspace objects • Rooms and office environments • Outdoor environments, trees, plants, roads, and landscape assets • Props and interactive objects used inside the virtual world We are looking for someone who understands both 3D design and optimization for real-time applications, not only static rendering. What we’re looking for: • Strong experience with Blender or similar 3D software • Character modeling and customization experience • Furniture and environment modeling • Good understanding of materials, textures, UVs, lighting, and topology • Ability to create clean, optimized assets for real-time/web-based 3D environments • Experience with GLB / GLTF workflows is a strong advantage • Good attention to scale, proportions, consistency, and detail • Ability to work from references and turn concepts into production-ready 3D assets Experience with Babylon.js, Three.js, Unity, Unreal Engine, game development, or virtual worlds is a plus, but not mandatory. This is not a project where you will only create isolated models. You will help us define the visual identity of an entire virtual working world, including its characters, offices, furniture, environments, and future asset library. We are building something new, and there will be a lot of experimentation, creative challenges, and opportunities to learn along the way.
