Position Overview - Job Title: Wiring System Engineering Leader - Business Unit: Wiring Systems - Reporting to: Strategic Accounts and Engineering Director, Wiring Systems - Location: Tunisia (with functional oversight across global manufacturing sites: Tunisia, China, India, Mexico) Role Intent & Main Mission As the Engineering Leader for the Wiring Systems Business Unit, you will be fully accountable for the global engineering organization. You will set engineering direction, ensure technical excellence, customer responsiveness, and execution discipline to support the 2027–2029 strategic growth plan. You will directly manage global design and project engineering teams, while functionally leading local engineering managers across manufacturing sites. Additionally, you will drive AI-enabled digital engineering transformation to enhance responsiveness, project visibility, and risk control.
