Admin Officer

Job Summary: We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with experience in JAFZA pass applications and documentation. The candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating access pass applications, and ensuring all required documents are submitted accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities: * Handle JAFZA pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation. * Coordinate with JAFZA authorities and relevant departments for pass approvals and follow-ups. * Prepare, verify, and maintain employee and visitor access pass documents. * Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record maintenance. * Prepare reports, update records, and maintain proper documentation. * Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and external parties as required. * Handle emails, phone calls, and other administrative correspondence. * Ensure all documents comply with applicable JAFZA requirements and procedures. Requirements: * Previous experience in JAFZA pass processing. * Knowledge of JAFZA procedures, documentation, and access pass requirements. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. * Previous administrative experience in the UAE is preferred Salary: AED 3000-AED 3500.
