As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving scalable business growth by combining data-driven marketing strategies with creative experimentation across the full customer lifecycle. The role focuses on acquiring, activating, retaining, and monetizing customers through continuous testing, performance optimization, and cross-channel campaigns. You will work closely with product, sales, and analytics teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize funnels, and improve conversion rates using insights from customer data. Success in this role requires a strong analytical mindset, hands-on execution skills, and the ability to balance short-term performance with long-term brand and revenue growth.
