AREA PLANNER

Gray Mackenzie Engineering Services is seeking a highly experienced Area Planner to join our project team in Qatar. This is an excellent opportunity for planning professionals with strong EPC project experience to contribute to major industrial and infrastructure projects. • Location: Qatar • Project Type: EPC / Brownfield & Greenfield Industrial Projects • Availability: Immediate Joining Preferred Key Responsibilities: • Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure schedule alignment. • Track project progress, identify schedule deviations, and propose corrective actions. • Prepare look-ahead plans, progress reports, and management presentations. • Support project controls activities including forecasting, resource planning, and risk analysis. • Interface with client and project stakeholders on planning and scheduling matters. Requirements: ✅ bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline ✅ Minimum 8+ years of project planning experience in EPC projects ✅ Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office Suite ✅ Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Infrastructure, or Industrial Projects preferred ✅ Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills ✅ GCC/Qatar project experience will be an advantage
