Job Description • Develop and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Pharmacy and related areas of specialization. • Evaluate and monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote academic success. • Demonstrate the ability to teach specialized courses in Microbiology, Pharmacology, Infectious Diseases, and related Pharmaceutical Sciences. • Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputable, peer-reviewed journals indexed in Scopus and Clarivate Web of Science. • Contribute to curriculum development, course management, and assessment in accordance with University and College standards. • Participate in College and University initiatives, academic committees, research projects, and scholarly activities. • Support accreditation, quality assurance, and academic program review at local and international levels. • Guide and mentor students in their academic and professional development, preparing them for future career opportunities. • Maintain positive relationships with students that foster effective learning and academic development. • Initiate and participate in community engagement activities that benefit Al Ain University (AAU) and the wider community.
