PERMANENT JOB - EDUCATION MANAGER, DUBAI

Our mission? To be the most effective, clean, and sustainable beauty brand. Caudalie is looking for an inspiring trainer with an entrepreneurial spirit to fill the role of Education Manager, GCC. This role is based in Dubai, UEA, and requires travel around the GCC. You will report to Caudalie’s Business Developer and work closely with the Retail sales Manager. As Education Manager, you will create and/or localize education strategies for the GCC, streamline key messaging to strengthen brand awareness and trust, and grow the business by developing the education and sales of the field sales team. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • Prepare 3 seminars per year with the Business Developer and Retail Sales Manager. Prepare the education workshop and present it to the field team. • Work with the Global Director of Education to create NPD education for 3 pre-seminars per year. • Visit the sales team on the field to ensure their education speech properly aligns with the campaign strategy. Support the RSM with sell-in and sell-out observations and feedback. • Support the BA team with large-scale events and/or masterclasses as needed. • Collaborate with the RSM on an active employee development tracker for sell-out, and education visits. Provide the RSM with training and tools to inspect for the correct behaviours. • Support the Marketing & PR Manager to assist with creative direction of out-of-home events, facilitate masterclasses and workshops, animate education-based events, and support with copyediting and copywriting. • Support the Marketing & PR Manager and/or Global PR teams to facilitate PR events and provide quotes/copy for magazines and blogs. • Support the Business Developer with market weeks, build relationships with the education managers from Sephora and manage the induction training for Sephora staff. • Provide education content, update internal training platforms, and facilitate large-scale trainings for Sephora. • Schedule, coordinate and facilitate onboarding trainings for new hires throughout the year. • Manage your own schedule and travel arrangements (covered by Caudalie) with 1 Monday per month based in the Dubai Head Office. • Manage personal carstock allocation and office allocation to support with education (testers, gratis). YOUR PROFILE • You must have an active UEA driver’s license and the right paperwork to work in Dubai • You master both Arabic and English fluently (written & oral) • You have experience developing, educating, and inspiring a team of sales employees. • You enjoy public speaking. • You are passionate about all things beauty, especially skincare! You have a keen understanding of the cosmetic market, competition, key ingredients, and product formulations. • You have experience creating bespoke trainings to suit various audiences and business needs. • You are sales-driven, a team-player, and have an entrepreneurial spirit. You seek to identify opportunities and formulate creative strategies to drive the business while uplifting employees. • You are a master at education (captivating audiences and communicating effectively) and retail sales (confident approach, leveraging tools, and closing the sale) and can lead the field team by example. • You are adaptable, comfortable sharing feedback and quick to action feedback. • You are skilled at building relationships. You are known for being professional and cheerful. • You can work autonomously, are organised and have great time management. • You are confident with multi-product management and cross-functional collaboration. • You have previous experience working with beauty retailers or brands. • You enjoy travel and can do so in the GCC, and potentially abroad on a few occasions throughout the year.
