Associate Marketing Director

Job Description: • Drive growth and user acquisition by developing strategies to acquire customers and increase repeat usage across service categories. • Identify and launch new services, categories, and business models by using consumer insights, market research, and data to identify growth opportunities. • Own key business metrics including orders, customer experience, profitability, and new revenue streams, working closely with leadership, product, technology, and data teams. • Lead consumer marketing and content strategy, including social media to strengthen brand awareness and generate sustainable customer acquisition. Qualifications: • Atleast 8+ years of experience in marketing, growth, strategy, or consumer business • Proven track record in customer acquisition, growth, user engagement, and revenue generation. • Strong experience in consumer-facing businesses, preferably e-commerce, marketplace, technology, FMCG, consumer services or similar industries • Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
