Branch Sales / Banking

We are looking for a target-driven Branch Sales professional with proven banking experience and a strong track record of achieving sales targets and earning performance-based incentives. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer relationship skills, product knowledge, and the ability to generate new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities • Promote and sell banking products, including personal loans, credit cards, accounts, and other financial products. • Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize business opportunities. • Generate leads through customer referrals, networking, and branch walk-ins. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products. • Maintain high standards of customer service and follow up on sales leads. • Ensure all sales activities comply with bank policies and UAE Central Bank regulations. • Maintain accurate customer records and submit sales reports as required. Requirements • Mandatory: Previous banking sales experience in the UAE. • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding banking sales targets. • Strong incentives and commission-earning record is highly preferred. • Good knowledge of banking products, especially personal loans and credit cards. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
