With an established market presence and ambitious expansion plans, the organization is looking to strengthen its brand positioning, accelerate customer acquisition, and drive sustainable business growth. Your Role As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and commercial growth initiatives. You will be responsible for building a strong luxury brand identity, connecting individual marketing activities to a unified business strategy, and ensuring measurable commercial outcomes. The role involves driving customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through integrated digital and offline marketing, CRM, strategic partnerships, and brand campaigns. Must-Have • 10–15+ years of marketing experience, including a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles. • Proven experience working with luxury or premium brands is mandatory. • Demonstrated success in brand positioning, integrated marketing strategy, and customer acquisition. • Strong commercial understanding with the ability to connect marketing investments to revenue growth and business performance. • Experience managing significant marketing budgets and leading teams. • Strong expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, CRM, customer retention, and offline marketing. • Experience supporting multi-location operations, business expansion, or new launches.
