Civil Foreman

Supervise daily civil construction activities, including excavation, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, masonry and finishing works. • Allocate manpower, materials and equipment to meet project schedules and daily targets. • Read approved drawings and ensure work complies with specifications and quality requirements. • Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors and other trades to resolve site issues and arrange inspections. • Enforce safety procedures, monitor progress and maintain daily site records. Requirements • *Minimum 4 years of experience as a Civil Foreman on construction projects.* • ITI, Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant construction trade qualification preferred. • Strong practical knowledge of civil works, construction methods and materials. • Ability to interpret drawings, take site measurements and estimate material requirements. • Proven ability to supervise workers and coordinate multiple site activities. • Good understanding of construction safety, quality standards and progress reporting.
