Duties And Responsibilities • Welcome patients and visitors politely. • Book, confirm, cancel, and reschedule appointments. • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient inquiries. • Register patients and update their information in the clinic system. • Coordinate appointments with doctors and nurses. • Handle billing, payments, receipts, and insurance documentation when required. • Explain clinic services and direct patients to the appropriate department. • Maintain patient confidentiality and organize medical records. • Keep the reception and waiting area clean and professional. • Follow clinic policies and applicable UAE healthcare regulations. Qualifications And Skills • Good communication skills in English and Arabic is required. • Previous clinic or hospital reception experience is preferred. • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and appointment systems. • Friendly attitude, professional appearance, and good customer service. • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
