Airswift is seeking for a Construction Superintendent (Offshore HUC JOB2) B2B to work in Qatar with a major Oil & Gas Company. Job Purpose Role of Company Site Representative and Lead for offshore brownfields, shutdown and hook-up activities by representing the Company, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, integrity, and project objectives. Coordinate with OESS, Operations, and Contractors to drive efficient Brownfields and Hook-up Execution & Commissioning and deliver operational excellence during the offshore execution phase. Qualifications • High National Diploma in Mechanical or Instrumentation. Knowledge & Experience • Minimum 8 years of experience with large projects in construction-related disciplines, including: • Construction • Installation • Fabrication • Execution • Completion • Hook-up • Brownfield (BF) • Shutdown activities • Experience within the Oil & Gas industry. • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Company Site Representative Offshore Lead role (including acting roles). • Experience overseeing service/vendor personnel. Technical & Business Skills • Experience with: • Oil & Gas companies • Contractors • Service companies • Heavy offshore execution construction companies • Knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria related to: • Major fabrication • Transportation • Installation • Brownfield execution & Commissioning • Hook-up activities • Knowledge of offshore facilities, structures, and operations applicable to the project scope. • Knowledge of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities. • Experience working in large-scale operating organizations within: • Operations • Projects • Subsurface • Related functions How To Apply Interested applicants or referrals, please send your updated CV to: abby.zaidi@airswift.com
